STITCHBONDING MACHINES OFFERS

Recent statements:

On the subject as described below:

Sept 1 2009 made by Mr. Z. Gorecki:  “I agree totally with you.  You are a high class specialist in this area.”

Mr. Subimal Palit from India: on January 24.2009:

“Hi,
You are just great. I am 76, a retired scientist on jute coming from Kolkata, India. I have not come across as knowledgeable person like you so far with conviction..
Thanks for your insight in technical matters. You are in and out and all through person.”

Statement of Mr. Johan Berlin: “I do not know any machinery dealer, who would put that kind of faith up today as you did in us to serve the client properly. . Once again thank you  and indeed I hope we will do other business like this in future.

STITCHBONDING MACHINES.

PROPER TECHNOLOGY.

It is highly recommended that the client disconnected his Maliwatt (Malivlies)  machine from the entire complete manufacturing line in case he has such a line. At the end of this line he should install the pre- needling machine to pre- needle the web in order to carry it.

Majority of the stitchbonding lines in the USA have such a machine as it facilitates to place the material in the needles.

It refers also to the needle punching lines.

The speed of the carding/cross lapper part of the line is higher that of the stitcbonding (or needle punching) machines.

The roll made on the card/crosslapper should be slightly pre-needled and stored then later placed on the unwind behind the stitchbonding machine or the needle loom.

After processing on the Maliwatt (Malivlies) or the needle loom the product will be rolled up.

In this case the same machines (card/crosslapper) could produce more, because their speed is higher than of Maliwatt machines and of the needle looms.

One carding/cross lapping machine could make enough production for 2 or even 3 (three) Maliwatt (Malivlies) machines.

Many clients purchased 3 complete lines instead of buying just one such a line, but do not place the finishing machine (Maliwatt, Malivlies, needle loom) in the line, but off the line.  If they used only card/crosslapper they could finish the product on one or two or three machines. If they do not want to buy more finishing machines they could work just one or maximum two shifts when they work now - having finishing machine in line - 3 shifts with all the machines.

The clients bought sometime 2m or 3m carding machines.  These machines are able to manufacture 200kgs/kgs, sometimes 300kgs/hr and sometimes even 600 kgs/hr.

However working in line the consumption on the Maliwatt machine is only about 50 kgs per hour.

Why to buy such expensive machines, use all the electricity, pay for maintenance, people, lights etc.

In the USA, manufacturing on such lines, mills are using cards and garnets of the production of about &0 kgs/hr and buying them they paid just US$20.000 or US$30.000 or $$40.000 if they bought them used instead of buying the 3m new card for US$300.000 or more.

Now, in the period of time of crises, please make your corrections, saving money.

Also the blending line is great for saving money and improving quality. I can help you with this. Just read my recommendations which I wrote 15 years ago and only some clients listened me.

These recommendations are in our Web page in the section Blending Lines

We can help you now with inexpensive lines, which will pay for themselves just in 6 months or sooner.

STITCHBONDING

Stitchbonding is a fast growing area of nonwovens.  We sold recently more stitchboning machines than any other kind of equipment.  The excellent idea of making knitted goods in a nonwoven system produced articles of low price and great versatility.  These machines are being used to make technical products (car, tires, tarpaulines, etc.), shoe components, furniture and car components, blankers, mattress ticking, insulation pads, wiping cloth (of 100% cotton), clothing, curtain interlinings, table covers, carpets and many more products.

There are several types of stitchbonding machines:

Archne: A nonwoven web is bonded by yarn.
Vortex: Only nonwoven web makes the fabric.

We can offer parts, installations and start up assistance, spare parts.  Recently a process has been developed to use wool.  We have details on this subject.
