Enclosed is the offer of the 5-Cylinder Laroche /Autefa tearing plant

y.o.c. 1984, 1996 general overhauled and delivered

4000 production hours

That line has been general overhauled in 1996 and was delivered in end of 1996 by us. The line was running at

the salvation army and was operated by handicapt people. The line has just run since the delivery arround

4.000 hours completely. Originally the Laroche had just 3 cylinders, so 2 new more drums have been built by

R&S at that time. All cylinders have been equipped with new needle bars, the feed rollers have been renewed

by rubbercoating. Old clothes of all kind of fibres and types have been collected, sorted, cutted and than

teared up, afterwards pressed into bales. Out of that material has been made blankets fort he UN.

or mixed materials, e.g. PET-PP in one continuous operation.

The waste material - ground synthetic resin bottles, filaments (also stretched or

unstretched multifilament), tapes, film, cloth etc. - is directly fed to the unit

and comes out as clean and dry granulate suitable for re-utilization. Feeding is

effected by a movement-controlled conveyor with hot cutting device to the shredder

cylinder in which the material is cut into small pieces, automatically drawn in by

the extruder screw, plasticised and homogenized.
