THE ENTRANCE OF THE WEB FROM THE CROSS LAPPER TO THE OVEN OR FROM AIR – LAYING SYSTEM  IS CONTROLLED BY TWO BANDS OF WHICH DISTANCE BETWEEN BOTH THESE BANDS IS SET BY THE OPERATORS.

 

THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE BANDS IS SIMPLE AND PRECISE EXECUTED BY THE MOTORS. THIS DISTANCE IS EASILY ADJUSTABLE. IT ASSURES THE REPETITION OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS PROCESSED.

We have an air-laying complete line in Argentina. It is still on the floor of the supplier of the machines, who refurbished Rando webber and the Oven (built by the best company in the workd - from Germany - Charvo). The width of Rando Feeder and Webber is 1.5m and of the oven 1.7m. I can send you complete quotetion and the pictures.

We also have Rando webbers with Rando feeders in the USA - ether 60" or 84". These ones are without the ovens.

We have here also Rando Pre-Feed and Rando Opener Blender (only one of each machines and we just have quoted them). Last week we shipped such machines to Brazil).

We  also have here the oven  a follows:

1 - FLEISSNER 3 pass Conveyor Oven - Model N0045/30 - 144" wide, gas fired, 1998 yr, 3 pass, belt, resin application spray stations.
